Adam was appointed a director of Bregstein on the June 23rd, 2009. He is a Chartered Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the advanced construction technology having worked for the city of London, Manchester and Glasgow. Adam, a University of London graduate of Civil Engineering with Phd in construction management has handled construction projects in China, Dubai, Leeds, South Africa and Canada. He specialize in advanced construction technology and heads the architectural and construction departments of Bregstein Ltd. Adam is a member of many International Engineering bodies and has authored many books on Construction Management.

Chidubem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from Leeds University Business School, UK and a PHD in Construction Management from Leeds University Civil Engineering School. He also holds a UK membership of the Institute of Business Consultants and Association of MBA’s and Diplomas in Management Consulting and Information System management.
He began his professional career working as project Engineer on the construction of a district Infrastructure project located in Nigeria’s capital city of Abuja. Here, he obtained requisite experience in technical and project management working to deliver the construction of the Infrastructural project which is presently almost completed.
Chidubem brings his wealth of experience in business management into Bregstein where he holds a dual role of Business Development Manager and Director of projects, managing project deliveries from our experienced UK and Nigeria team and seeking ways to drive the business forward in the challenging Nigeria and UK market.

Chinedu commenced his career as a project Engineer at Udoetuk Consulting, Abuja where he was tasked with the monitoring of progress of all work activities including identifying any necessary activities for rescheduling and updating the completion status of each work package. As an assistant project manager he provided general project support through project selection, estimation, planning &control, procurement, commissioning and Project Close-Out activities.
He also acted as the single point of contact with Contractor’s personnel for Engineering, design and document control. He worked as a research assistant at the University of Leeds cum West Yorkshire Waters where he critically analyzed design factors which inhibit optimum treatment performance of wastewater treatment plants. He also played a strategic role in the review of project management factors that stalled the successful decommissioning of Windscale Pile 1 and 2 nuclear reactors.
Chinedu is an erudite engineer with extensive experience in delivering major transportation projects ranging from planning, design and construction through to operation and maintenance of highways. Previously as Managing Director, Enpoint Global, he led the development of sustainable wastewater and solid waste business which provides integrated solutions in both the Environment Agency and Local Authority markets. He has verse experience in the design and construction of landfill sites with estimation of corresponding power generation
