1. The Construction of Amina Court (on-going); as one of the members of a team of about seven (7) contractors, Bregstein played a major role in the construction of an estate comprising of over One Hundred and Sixty (160) housing units at the heart of Apo-Dutse in Abuja. The project is co-financed by ASO Savings & Loans Plc for Urban Shelter Ltd.

2. The Construction of Brains & Hammers Estate (on-going); as a sole contractor to Brains & Hammers till date, Bregstein was fully involved in the construction of Brains & Hammers Estate comprising of over Three Hundred (300) housing units at Life Camp, Abuja.

3. The Upgrade Design and Construction of Drainage System; in partnership with Julius Berger and Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), Bregstein constructed a 13km surface drainage system along the famous Abuja airport road, Lugbe.

4. The Construction of PENGASSAN Estate; also as a contractor, Bregstein was involved in the construction of PEGASSAN estate for Brookmoore International, a three hundred (300) housing units at Lokogoma, Abuja.

5. The Construction of ECOSCAN Neurology & Cardiology Hospital; we constructed and furnished the famous ECOSCAN neurology and cardiology hospital at Wuse 2, Abuja.

6. The Construction of Aso Investment & Development Company (AIDC) Estate; as one of the members of a team of four (4) contractors, we are also at the construction stage of an estate at Lugbe, a partnership project between Aso Savings Plc and Federal Ministry of Housing & Urban Development (FMHUD). At completion, the estate will comprise of over four hundred (400) housing units.

7. Bregstein is the lead contractor/consultant to Alkaire Partners, an estate development company, on its Sixty Five (65) hectare plot situated at Kuje, Abuja, Nigeria. The estate will comprise of three (3) central sewage systems, fifteen (15) water treatment plants and four (4) central gas (cooking) supply systems. The entire infrastructure as listed above in addition to the road network, drainage system, electrical and mechanical infrastructures will be executed by Bregstein.

8. Bregstein has just commenced a new business group, Energy Group, with the construction of power transmission lines at Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
